I ordered twice from them. The first time everything showed up right on time, but the second order was a few days late. The items were totally fine, so no complaints there, but my instinct is that they need to be a bit more reliable with shipping updates. I’d probably order again, just with lower expectations on delivery timing.

This wasn’t really as described. The sizing felt off compared to what was listed on the product page, and the fabric wasn’t what I expected either. It’s not terrible, but it definitely didn’t match the description, which was a bit disappointing.

I knew pretty much right away this was going to be a mess. The return took forever, and after all that waiting, I still never got my refund. Definitely not impressed.

The checkout kept freezing on me for some reason. I had to put my card info in twice, which always makes me a little nervous even though it probably didn’t go through the first time. Then the shipping price changed right at the end, so I don’t know if that was part of the glitch or just bad timing, but it was annoying.

I ordered this dress because it looked like a soft blue in the photos, and then it showed up looking more grayish green, like completely different. I was trying to match it with shoes I already had and, yeah, that plan went out the window. Frustrating because it wasn’t even close to the pictures
